Summary

The Business Development Manager role serves to develop relationships with organizations in accordance with PCR’s overarching objectives and strategic goals. This person will contribute meaningful ideas and establish contacts to ensure opportunities within our key targeted industries. The ideal candidate will be energetic and highly motivated with a can-do attitude and enjoy networking and establishing relationships.

Key Owned Deliverables

  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to outreach and relationship management; be responsible for and manage CRM
  • Identify and source opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails, and client visits
  • Research targeted industries, identify key players, and generate interest
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and other marketing team members to align internal goals with new and existing relationships
  • Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company’s contract guidelines and policies
  • Deliver a great experience - you will represent our brand and be our internal liaison
  • Proactively make educated recommendations for client upsell opportunities
  • Become a subject matter expert on our services, processes and technologies
  • Create engaging RFPs

Areas of Knowledge and Skill

  • 3+ years previous business development experience preferably within digital marketing, eCommerce experience a plus
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communication or similar relevant field
